Employee Appreciation
Administrative Professional Appreciation day is approaching! Administrative Professionals Day celebrates the role of administrative professionals worldwide. This year it falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April. This day recognizes the important role of administrative professionals. There is no need to make this a huge event (unless you want to!) but showing your employees some appreciation goes a long way!
Here are a few simple ways to show that you care and appreciate them:
• It may seem like a no brainer, but say thank you! No matter how small the task, everyone likes to be appreciated!
• Send an appreciative email, just because.
• Go out for lunch together.
• Give them a small gift like a Starbucks gift card or flowers.
• Send out a company-wide (social media too) post thanking them for all they do.
